We sell our products to you subject to the terms and conditions listed here. Please read them carefully before using the website. We cannot retrospectively apply a promotional code to your order. We may update our policies from time-time by posting a new version on our website, please check regularly to be aware of any updates. We reserve the right to refuse access to the website, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders at our discretion. If we cancel an order, you will not be charged.

Payment Problems

If, for any reason, there is a problem with collecting payment from your credit / debit card or other chosen payment method after we have confirmed receipt of your order, we will not be obliged to despatch your order

Security Checks

As part of our policy to protect against the fraudulent use of credit / debit cards, we conduct security checks on all orders received. These checks can take various forms and may involve contacting you by telephone before we process your order. We also procure the services of various credit rating and fraud prevention companies and we may share details of your order with them for the sole purpose of detecting and preventing fraudulent use of your payment cards (in line with our Privacy Policy).

What if my goods arrive damaged?

If your goods are damaged during transit upon delivery, we ask that if there is visible damage upon collection to reject the parcel or sign for the parcel as damaged. For us to process a claim and send you out a replacement item we will require photographic evidence of the damaged product(s) If no evidence can be provided as proof of damage and if the courier has no access to view the damaged parcel your claim will be rejected, and no replacement will be sent.

Returns

Our returns policy lasts 30 days. If you exceed 30 days, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, sealed and in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Sales items

Unfortunately, we will not refund sale items.

Exchanges

We will only replace items if they are defective or damaged. To exchange it for the same item please email us at contact-us@www.santini7.co.uk

Shipping

To return your item(s) you should mail it to:

29 Ivy Bank Close, Ingbirchworth, S36 7GT.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund the cost of the shipping will be deducted from your refund. If you are returning item(s) over £50 you should consider using a trackable shipping service, we don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item

Cancellation

You may cancel if not yet shipped. If your products have already been despatched, as long as the item is returned within 7 days we can offer you a full refund

Deliveries

All UK orders received before 12pm are packaged and shipped the same day where possible by courier and will generally arrive within 48-72 hours from the date you placed your order. This excludes orders placed over the weekend – these orders will be dispatched first thing Monday.

If for any reason, there is a delay with your order or we are unable to supply the goods you will be contacted straight away.

If for any reason your order has a missing or damaged item. You will need to notify us within 5 days of receipt of goods.

International orders will be charged shipping which will be added to the total cost of the order before payment is made. Delivery will be made via a suitable international courier and signature will be required. These orders can take between 7-14 days dependent on country. Once your package leaves the UK we cannot control how your country handles the package in accordance to customs or otherwise.

Delivery options and costs

We offer two delivery options for Mainland UK

1) Free delivery – This delivery option has an estimated delivery time of 2-4 working days from dispatch.

2) Clothing delivery – At a cost of £1.99 you can upgrade your delivery to an estimated delivery time of 2-3 working days.

3) Protein Tub delivery – At a cost of £3.49 you can upgrade your delivery to an estimated delivery time of 2-3 working days.

Liability

we do not guarantee, represent or warrant that your use of our services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error free

To the fullest extent possible under applicable law, we disclaim any and all warranties of any kind whether express or implied, in relation to our website, goods and services. This does not affect your statutory rights in relation to faulty or damaged products or your contract cancellation rights.

Santini 7® Sports Supplements Nutrition Ltd will not be liable, in contract, tort (including without limitation, negligence), pre-contract or other representations (except for fraudulent or negligent misrepresentations) or otherwise out of or in connection with these terms and conditions for: any economic loss (including without limitation loss of revenues, profits, contracts, business or anticipated savings); any loss of goodwill or reputation and any special or indirect losses suffered or incurred arising out of or in connection with the provisions of any matter under these terms and conditions.

Nothing in these terms and conditions will limit our liability for death or personal injury resulting from our negligence or that of our servants, agents and employees.
